Warranty Information
TASS CABLE MANAGEMENT LTD will, free of charge within a period of 12 months from the Date of delivery of the goods replace such goods which are proven to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship.
This obligation will not apply where the goods have been improperly altered in any way whatsoever or have been subject to misuse or any of the following :-
- The goods have been improperly installed or connected.
- Any maintenance requirements that have not been complied with.
- The customer has failed to notify TASS CABLE MANAGEMENT LTD of any defect or suspected defect within 7 days of delivery where the defect should be apparent on reasonable inspection.
In the event that the product required for replacement is no longer in production or is obsolete, Tass Cable Management will repair the product with a similar or parts of equal value.
Tass Cable Management’s warranty are limited to those defects that occur during normal operation of the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification / operation manual.
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by fair wear and tear, dust accumulation and liquid spillage, acid or other chemical contaminates causing blockages or damage to the products themselves.
Desk Power Product Range
Our desk power range of products are protected by 20mm ceramic fuses rated at 5A or 3.15A Configuration dependent, this is to protect the power unit from damage caused by plugging in Items such as kettles, vacuum cleaners, Irons or anything with a greater requirement than 5 Amps. Damaged caused by such actions will not be covered by the manufactures warranty.
